The program covers both prescription and non-prescription ANSI Z87.1+ eyewear and is built for multi-shift plants where every worker on the floor needs eye protection that fits the person, not a shared bin of loaner glasses.
Grinding, cutting, drilling, machining, and deburring throw high-velocity particles, so impact-rated Z87.1+ eyewear is the floor requirement rather than an upgrade.
Plating, finishing, parts washing, and coolant handling add chemical-splash exposure; welding and torch work add radiant-energy filtering that is specified per task.
Prescription wearers on the floor are the failure point in most plant PPE programs. Over-the-glasses covers get taken off because they fog, slip, or pinch, and a prescription-integrated safety frame removes the reason to remove them.
Multi-shift plants and multi-plant manufacturers order per worker from one company page, so first shift, second shift, and a second site do not need three separate purchase orders.

Each company gets a private ordering page with an approved list of ANSI Z87.1+ rated frames, including sealed Wiley X frames where the floor calls for them.

Employees order directly. Prescription orders are handled end to end: the employee submits their prescription with the order and our lab cuts the safety-rated lenses, with side shields where required.

The employer chooses how it pays: one monthly invoice to the company, with Net terms available, or payment at checkout as each order is placed. The employer also sets the contribution level.

Orders ship to the employee's home or to an office, a shop, or a job site, whichever the employer chooses. Order status is available by text message.

When an employee becomes eligible for a new pair, the program notifies them automatically.

Purchase-as-needed. No upfront inventory and no minimum commitment to start.

Fitting does not need an appointment. Virtual try-on on the ordering page measures the face from any phone and shows which frames fit. Prescription wearers use a current prescription from any eye doctor. If a pair does not fit, the employee tells us and it is handled under the program rules agreed at setup. Plants near Phoenix, Arizona can also book on-site Sit and Fit events.
