45-Day Returns at CHAOSRXOptics
CHAOSRXOptics accepts returns of unworn products in their original packaging within 45 days from the date of receipt.
Return shipping
- For eligible U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return label.
- We do not charge a restock fee or return label fee.
- If we made an error with your order, we cover the return shipping and make it right.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and handling charges unless the return is due to our error.
- Returns are processed after the carrier scans the return shipment or, for international returns, after the returned package is received.
Prescription and custom lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be restocked. Custom-ground Rx lenses are not eligible for standard buyer-remorse returns. If the prescription is wrong, the lens was made incorrectly, or the fit fails on a corporate Rx order, email info@chaosrxoptics.com and we will handle it as a remake through the program process.
Warranty issues
- Product warranties are handled through the manufacturer warranty for the brand purchased. If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, email info@chaosrxoptics.com and we will help route the issue to the correct brand warranty process.
- Manufacturer warranties do not generally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
