Employees can use any eye doctor or optical location. They send us the current prescription, and we handle the approved frame, lenses, production, and delivery. If fitting measurements are needed, we coordinate them directly.

No. Employees may get an exam from any eye doctor or optical location they already use, then provide CHAOSRXOptics with a current prescription. If the prescription requires additional fitting measurements, we coordinate those directly with the employee.
There is no separate program fee. We build the approved assortment around your budget, workforce, and prescription needs. Options can include standard clear prescription lenses, anti-reflective treatment, workplace lenses, progressives, and bifocals. Your proposal defines the covered frames, lens options, side protection, and shipping before employees begin ordering.
Yes. We can design an approved frame and lens assortment around a fixed annual allowance. We show you exactly what is covered before launch, then build those rules into your employee ordering portal. Employee-paid upgrades can also be included if your program allows them.
