Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipment email when one is available. If you cannot find it or need a production update, send Scott your company name and order number. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has the package.
The glasses do not fit, or the prescription feels wrong.
Contact Scott before placing another order. He will coordinate the fit concern or remake request and confirm the next step. Replacement coverage and timing depend on your program and the issue.
How do new hires and reorders work?
Ask your employer for the company ordering link and eligibility rules. Use that portal for approved choices. If you need access or a replacement, Scott can help coordinate with your program administrator.
What is covered, and who pays for extras?
Your employer sets the allowance, approved options, and replacement rules. Any employee-paid upgrades must be agreed for your program. Confirm coverage before ordering; another company's terms do not apply automatically.
What if my frame is unavailable?
Contact Scott to discuss an approved alternative. Frame availability, prescription compatibility, and your employer's approval rules determine the next step.

No. Employees may get an exam from any eye doctor or optical location they already use, then provide CHAOSRXOptics with a current prescription. If the prescription requires additional fitting measurements, we coordinate those directly with the employee.
There is no separate program fee. We build your frame and lens assortment around your per-employee allowance or program budget. Single-vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses are available where the frame and prescription support them. We agree on covered options, side protection, shipping, and any employee-paid upgrades in your proposal before ordering opens.

Yes. To discuss a program, start with approximate headcount, locations, prescription needs, an allowance if you have one, and a program contact. Before ordering opens, agree how employees will identify themselves, who confirms eligibility, and which orders need approval. A planning request does not automatically create employee accounts or approve orders.
The employer sets the approval rules before launch, including covered frames and lenses, allowance limits, replacement timing, and exceptions. Where approval is required, orders can route to the designated administrator for review. Do not assume another employer's annual allowance or replacement policy applies to your program.
An on-site Sit & Fit lets a crew try frames together at a yard or safety meeting. A sample kit lets a location compare physical frames before ordering. Virtual sizing can help remote employees compare supported frames. Discuss site access, crew schedules, frame availability, and any prescription measurements with the program team before choosing the fitting path; an inquiry does not reserve a visit date.
