Built around the work

The right choices for each area of the plant.

Start with your safety and food-safety requirements. Then build an assortment that employees can choose from without having to interpret those requirements themselves.

01

Production and packaging

Agree the frames, side protection and component-retention rules allowed on the line. Keep the approved list distinct from unrestricted retail choices.

02

Cold-to-warm transitions

Discuss fogging conditions and available anti-fog options. Coating availability, care and performance depend on the selected lenses and use conditions, not a promise of fog-free work.

03

Sanitation and washdown

Separate routine impact protection from chemical splash requirements. Your sanitation tasks may need goggles and additional face protection rather than safety spectacles alone.

04

Maintenance, QA and multiple shifts

Plan prescription and non-prescription ordering across departments and shifts. Set replacement eligibility, company contributions and delivery locations in advance.

From approval to delivery

Your program rules.
One place to order.

Choose approved options with your safety and operations teams. We then put those choices, payment rules and prescription handling into a repeatable ordering process.

  1. Approve the assortment and coverage

Choose frame and lens combinations for each role or location. Set the employer contribution, employee-paid upgrades if allowed, replacement eligibility and approval rules before launch.

  2. Help employees find their fit

Review sample-kit options, virtual try-on for supported frames, and on-site fitting availability. Employees can use a current prescription from their own eye doctor. We coordinate any additional measurements needed for their lenses.

  3. Handle ordering and fulfillment

Employees see approved choices in a company portal. We process prescription orders and ship to the employee or designated location. Monthly company invoicing or payment per order can be agreed for the account.

  4. Keep the program manageable

Agree reporting fields and access for participation, orders, company spend and locations. Scott stays your contact for fit questions, replacements and program changes.

Before you choose a program

Questions from food processing teams.

Can we restrict removable parts or specific frame materials?

Share the exact restrictions before assortment selection. We will review available options against them rather than assume every frame is suitable for food-contact or controlled areas.

Can you offer anti-fog on prescription lenses?

Anti-fog options, including TD2 with Optifog where compatible, can be reviewed with the selected frame and prescription. Care instructions and any additional cost are confirmed with the package.

Can sanitation teams use the same glasses as packaging teams?

Only if the site hazard assessment supports it. Splash and chemical exposure can require different protection. Your safety team determines the appropriate equipment for each task.

Can you include single vision, bifocal and progressive lenses?

Yes. We review the prescription, measurements and selected frame before confirming the available lens combination. Share your expected prescription mix so the quote reflects the employees you actually outfit.

What will a complete pair cost?

We quote the approved frame and lens packages, required side protection, optional treatments and delivery terms together. Company coverage and employee-paid upgrades are agreed in writing. We do not assume one price or allowance fits every workforce.
