What we offer.

Two parts of one eyewear system: safety-rated products and the program infrastructure that gets them onto crews.

01

Safety eyewear

  • ANSI Z87.1+ certified safety frames and lenses, including anti-fog options. Specific models and pricing vary by frame and lens; see the product pages and collections on chaosrxoptics.com.
  • Both prescription and non-prescription safety eyewear are available.

02

Corporate Prescription Safety Eyewear Program

  • A managed program that outfits company crews with prescription and non-prescription safety eyewear.
  • Each employer gets a branded online ordering portal. Employees choose from frames the employer approved and submit a current prescription from any eye doctor.
  • Billing: the employer chooses one monthly invoice to the company, with Net terms available, or payment at checkout as each order is placed. Employees pay nothing at checkout for a covered pair.
  • Shipping: to the employee's home or to an office, shop, or job site, as the employer chooses.
  • Portals run in English and Spanish. A safety manager view shows requests and shipments.
  • Serves tire and automotive service technicians, utility crews, manufacturing plants, construction, and other shop and field teams. The longest-running program has outfitted more than 10,500 technicians and handled more than 15,800 orders for a national tire retailer since 2017.
