They blend goggle-like coverage with the airflow and easy-to-wear feel of sunglasses that perform while you're climbing and descending. Our ChromaPop™ Glacier Photochromic lens adapts to changing light conditions and delivers color and contrast-boosting performance throughout the full range of the lens. Removable, magnetic side shields add peripheral light coverage, and adjustable temple arms let you customize the fit. A pack-friendly, screwless hinge creates a fail-safe backcountry design, and a low-profile case ensures minimal storage in your pack.

    Our safety frame line (Heat Wave Z87, Wiley X, Smith Elite, Spy ANSI, Oakley Standard Issue, Wye/Delta) meets or exceeds ANSI Z87.1-2020 impact and optical requirements where marked Z87+ on frame and lens. Oakley Meta and other consumer-grade smart frames are not Z87-rated, check the product specs for each model.

    Specs & Fit

    Impact-rated polycarbonate lenses with 100% UVA/UVB protection across the safety line. Look for the Z87+ mark on the frame and lens to confirm the ANSI rating. Anti-fog, polarized, and mirror options vary by model. Fit runs unisex, medium to large.
