Prescription lens package
The portal turns lab terminology into clear choices. ProAmpac can approve a base package around the $125 benefit, then decide which upgrades are employer-covered or employee-paid.

A clear lens option (Rx or Non-Rx) with blue-light filtering for computer-focused work, subject to final lens availability and program approval.
